Yes she can probably run sub 15:40 on the TRACK and make the trials, but please give other 5k runners in the country respect.
Well considering she ran 1537 indoors last January, maybe ought to give katelyn a little more respect (and do your research).
That being said, it is way too far out from the trials to be "focusing" on that, much less predicting how she will do. She clearly has the talent to make the finals, but it all depends on who shows up and how they develop. In December of 2014, how many people would have predicted that Shelby houlihan (with a 5k PR of 1611) would have made the Olympic team (much less the Olympic final) in 2016.
