btw the tracking site IS updating on the 5K splits, just 1-2 minute delay and you have to manually refresh and then go through the pulldowns all over again to get the new splits, their site is absolutely

Ryan Miller running his second marathon after missing OTQ by just seconds at grandmas came through the half at 1:06:xx. Would be an incredible run if he holds. 10th overall right now.
