The kid from NJ is going to dominate. You can't just compare times. Those kids like sproutnocker and alfred - they run on boneflat short tracks. Only the east coasters run on real courses.
You will see as NJ will dominate all of you and the other runners will be left crying for their mommies.
There’s a reason why the majority of NXN individual winners come from the western regions. Sorry bud, your NJ boy isn’t getting top 21.
Yo Nappy, ya got no clue. I'm telling you now, NJ for the win. You may think that's out of nowhere but peaking at just the right time and will lay down a mighty gauntlet today. Then you'll all be sitting there crapping yourself realizing wow that kid runs FL next week and will likely win there too.

I'll be incredibly surprised if the CA teams do that well. MAYBE 1 in the top 5. They just don't typically race well at NXN. FM and LV will have a close race, but after that its pretty open.

Of course they don't typically race well since most of the qualifying teams tend to be from Socal, where most courses tend to be on hard-packed dirt and asphalt. It's not easy getting a golf course to open up there fairways to being trampled upon. Claremont thankfully puts on a race at a golf course, but it's very dry and fast footing. Still better than nothing.
If Glendoveer has been dry most of the week and is dry today the CA kids will do well.
Weather looks like a non factor. Little wind, mid 40s, may the best team win!
Looking forward to the commentary. Reavis, Derrick and Rodriquez(?) do a great job. Don't miss the pre game. Starts in a few minutes....

This is hands down the most intelligent high school cross country prediction ever posted on the 'World

Girls keep mentioning the fact course will be muddy, boys may have a chewed up path to contend with.
Surprisingly poor production value with the webcam. Light up the panelists when there is a bright background! Amateurish quality. Expect more from Nike$
Again, what a great job these guys do with the broadcast. Excellent pre race coverage! Girls off in 5 minutes!
Did Tuohy just have a bad race in 2016? She placed She lost to Grace Ping/London Culbreath, both FR or younger, when Tuohy was a FR. I think Tuohy got 13th.
