Hey Id like to know how fast you think I could be if I trained like this from now until track season starts (February 11) in the 3200, 1600, and 800 races thanks
Monday 3.5 miles easy 3 miles moderate 3.5 miles easy
Tuesday 10 miles easy
Wednesday 10 miles easy
Thursday 2.5-3 miles easy 2-3 miles hard (workout) 2.5-3 miles easy
Friday 10 miles easy
Saturday 14 miles long easy
Sunday 2.5 easy 3 moderate 2.5 easy
70 miles
Easy pace - 6:40 - 6:50 (last easy 10 mile was at 6:50 average pace heart rate was at 144)
Moderate - 6:00 - 6:15
Hard - Varies on workout
Monday I also do Vertimax training in the morning
Wednesday I do band sprints in the morning (Hard sprints with band wrapped around waste and someone in it weighing you down)
Friday morning strength training (squats lunges mostly)
