Hats off to Colorado. In today's era, when you gscore 65, you win. Period. The last team to score in the 60s and lose was Wiscon in 1986 which was just the sixth year of the championships. They were 2nd with 64.
New Mexico's 103 is a very good runner-up score. It's ths lowest score for a runner-up since 1997 when Stanford was 2nd with 102. 105 is often low enough to win. While it would have won just just 1 of the previous 4 years, it would have won 10 of the last 20 championships counting this one .
Very happy for CU - their whole team basically ran season best efforts when it mattered most, but performance by Tuttle really came from nowhere!!! (They also could have won with 6th runner Val Constien). Obviously nice efforts from Jones and Morely, but their pack runners of Scholl, Hurta, Tuttle and Constien really earned this win. Freshman Holly Bent was I think about 80th gaining experience for next year and finishing where most of us thought the CU 4th and 5th might end up. Way to go kids!

they are on the verge of going bust, just give it some time, problem will solve itself.
Ok, I guess not registering would help the cause then...

Incredible run by CU and incredible depth. The amazing thing is they would have won without Dani Jones. It's also worth noting that Oregon would have been second if they had not driven off two of their athletes.
Several takeaways:
1: Twitch host from here is the MVP of the day, so happy to have been able to watch the women’s race.
2: This CU performance is not just an upset, but a domination. To score only 60 points must be near an all time low. The storied 2015 UNM team scored 49, and they’re considered the all time best, and this team was only 11 points off that!
3: The weather/snow was a nice variable, and definitely had an impact on the race.
I once tried to share my stream with an employee over google hangouts. It wasn't live on the internet. It was just streamed over google.Somehow the algorithm took it down. I imagine facetime would be untraceable.
Someone please find a stream in the deep web or something.
Go Wisco!!
Maybe this will help everyone understand how good Colorado was. If Dani Jones hadn’t scored at all. If you remove the individual champ from the scores, and score Colorado’s #2-6 instead, they still would have won 94 to 98.**How is that possible? Well because Colorado’s top 6 were All-Americans.
WHERES THE FCKINNNNN STREAM VROTHER
And those point totals are not even team points... even lower once tabulated.
Kevin Sully should be the main commentator.
Can someone post the women's team and individual results?
Thanks

People i didn't report it to twitch. It was a joke.
Yeah, I knew you were kidding. I'm a big Ole Miss fan (OM Law Grad). Prediction of where the men finish? Looks like the women were 23rd and if I am not mistaken, that's several places higher than last year. Up and coming program.
They are just going to f**" up the coverage anyhow. We shouldn't be paying them a cent.
So... let's wait for another hero to emerge and get a few glimpses of the race. If one doesn't pop up...we haven't funded those bastards.

It’s not like New Mexico bombed and ran awful. They put 3 women in the top 10. Their fourth runner (Adva Cohen) just missed All-American honorsby 3.4 seconds in 44th. Their fifth runner (Emily Martin) was 55th.

Wow I can't believe Colorado and New Mexico beat Oregon lucky for Colorado their was snow on the ground and their used to running in sub freezing weather year round :(
Huh? Weather in Bolder is WAY nicer than Eugene. Sure, it snows more, but it also gets up to 50s or even 60s and sunny many days in winter.
