Gearinger seems ready to lead the haverford boys to a great meet today at the centennial conference championships. He’s entered in the dmr, 3k, 5k, and shotput. Can’t wait to see him represent his school in his final season as a goat.
Too bad he ran 8:52 at usatf indoors while his old team was losing at conferences
yo who is going to be at tufts this weekend?
I will be there, go Jumbos!

Looking forward to my son, Jamie Norton, running the mile. He should be close to qualifying for nationals, as he can run the mile in 4:06.
My son, Greg Morgan, will be there.
41 out of the top 50 DIII 5k times are converted down for the flat-to-banked conversion.
Also, liberals are ruining this country.
Jeremy Hernandez 3:55 in Boston for the Mile. That's pretty rad.
Should have took a 5th year! Damn
What meet was this?

The BU race where Kejelcha ran the mile WR. The "meet" was Women's 1 mile, Men's 1 mile, thats it.

Would have still lost to IGC
Why isn’t Al Baldanado enetered in NCAA’s after running all season and even dropping a mile PR at conference? That’s a big hit to NCC title chances.
IGC is my hero wrote:

Why do you think Osmulski will get third in the 5k? I couldn't find anything that distinguishes him from the other runners except that he goes to NCC. Does he have a crazy kick or something?
RIP: D3 All-American Frank Csorba - who ran 13:56 in March - dead
RENATO can you talk about the preparation of Emile Cairess 2:06
Running for Bowerman Track Club used to be cool now its embarrassing
Hats off to my dad. He just ran a 1:42 Half Marathon and turns 75 in 2 months!
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
