After resting, knee gets very stiff. Back of knee, not left bone but the soft tissue there - almost top of calf. I can hardly get up and down & walk. Need to stretch it first.
If it’s stretched out, I can run with zero problem. Until, I wake up and it’s almost locked up & painful. Never had a ‘moment of acute injury.’
I thought hyperextended but maybe meniscus tear? Would really appreciate thoughts and how to navigate self therapy.
Ive taken 4 days off a few times. It appeared fine. Except if I kneel, there is painful pressure. And then after run, stiffens big time again.
