This may sound similar in title to the other thread, but this is a real result that caught my eye recently. Previous marathon PR was around 3:15 and was ran less than 1 year prior.
Is this natural talent or some kind of revolutionary training? The beginner runner argument is irrelevant here as they've been running for many years, and had previously had that jump indicative of a beginner figuring out how to race.
