Good point about BMI. I didn't think about that, because my weight has been 150-155 since college. I'm 6ft tall, so BMI is about a 21.
I've had hip issues in the past, so maybe need to strengthen there and look into some back exercises as well.
I also read that thread about flats and 2:40 marathons and maybe I need to do some more workouts in flats too.
I'm ditching my current flats, but will buy some new ones to try.
I'm 32 now and thinking more about the next 10 years than the last 10. Staying injury free is becoming more important than any PR.
