Being a New Yorker now I voted for the first time in the city. I realized halfway down the street I didn't have id on me but since it was raining decided to go one more block and see if I could vote without it. Found out they don't ask for ID here. Different as Texas started asking for drivers license a few years ago.
It got me thinking about voter fraud. Seems likethe easier way to do it would be for the people with access to the blank ballots to stuff the box. Never hear of that happening recently but wouldn't that be more effective than having a bunch of people go pretend to be a registered voter?
Also I did find it interesting that I had to sign my name to vote and I did it on a line right next to a copy of my signature from when I registered. What's the point of that?
