Still Improving - No way am I going to finish under 3 hours. If I had today's fitness 12 weeks back, could have considered training for the 6:50 pace. I was busy eating some gorgeous & gluttonous food at the country of my birth 12 weeks back though, so sub-3 is completely out of the window. :)
Stone Cutter - I had chosen the 3:10 goal based on the early October high 1:34 half marathon, where I was clearly under-trained [3 weeks of running after a 7 week break]. Figured that I can get the half marathon pace to marathon pace with 8-9 weeks of proper training till race day. Now, with the high mileage and workouts that I have put in over the last 4.5 weeks, wondering if 7:05 pace is doable. Really not sure what shape I really am in; the goal marathon pace is very much a moving target at the moment unfortunately.
