Here's a little backstory on me. I'm 19, sophomore in college, and am about to start my first collegiate track indoor and outdoor seasons. I'm a 1500 runner and I want to run low 3:50's this season. Just took at break from XC and now have started track training. I ran with my schools running club for my freshman year of running and I coached myself for track, ended up doing really well (3:56.47) for the 1500. Now that I have a coach and a chance to represent my school hopefully I can find even more success. Right now I am in the unique position because as part of my schooling I have internships every other semester. I am a couple hours away from my team so I don't really get to train with them so it's rather lonely. Thought I could share my training with you all to make things a little more fun!

Thursday 10/25 480 4.13 0:29:11 0:07:04 46 4:26 PM 7.5 Ran by the golf course and stayed on grass as much as possible, legs felt a little tired but that was probably due to going a tad faster yesterday, trying to keep the pace north of 7 minutes, super nice and easy, for most of my buildup since from what I have read/heard, running these miles hard right now wouldn't really help much and probably would cause injury.
