Next year will be too close to the Trials, he would probably still make the USA team, but Salazar wont risk a hard effot so close to the trials.
Strange. It listed him at the top separately with a column "Half Marathon". It was listed above the half marathon splits.
Yeah, but he would collect big $$ and would get a chance to beat some big names on a lightning fast course. Could def see him going under 2:03:50 here.

Wonder why no americans showed up here to race? Could of walked away with 50,000$ for running under 2:11. Crazy.
What? Why do you believe there is a $50,000 bonus for sub-2:11. Please provide a link.

You mean THURSDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL all Tennessee Titans rolling over the Jacksonville poodles....
Alright, 14:28/5k pace needed for the last 12k go to sub-2:04 (the 30k was 1:28:42). I know rojo's dew point chart says it's basically impossible but I think it will be pretty close.
Not a lot of spectators at the course.
TENNESSEE 30 JACKSONVILLE 9 end of 3rd quarter.
Ok, the two guys clear ar Marius Kipserem and Abraham Kiptum. Kipserem ran 2:06:11 pb to win Rotterdam in 2016. Ran 2:07:22 in Rotterdam this year. 30-year-old has 15 marathon finishes on his CV. Kiptum is the half marahton WR holder.
