Canova, what do you think of the NIKE 4% shoes? Have your athletes adapted well?

No ,he doesnt look like Kiprop, Abraham Kiptum has a more compact running style a kind of a mix between Kipchoge , Farah , and Bekele
really spectacular with those long stride and those back kick with the shoes that goes up and the sole looks up to the sky (almost as the best Bekele).
But the thing to reflect is that Kiptum no more that two weeks ago took 2nd place at 32 sec behind the winner Rhonex Kipruto in a 12k XC (under 20 WC).
This just to say the endless and huge talents that are in the young boys and girls of the great Rift Valley.
I m absolutely sure that in the next few years there will be great improvments in road race times and also track with the young
generations of East Africans runners.

Agree 100%. Something is rotten here. A second 10k in 27:16? 2:15 marathon to 2:05? Note that his coach/handler is in Spain and that of dibaba/souileman/mikhou. As you know, Mikhou is under drug suspension.
My goodness, why is this $hit not exposed?
Go on and expose it if you are so sure these Kenyans are doping. Go on. You have my full support.
Oh, you have zero evidence? That's what I thought.
Keep your head in the sand then. Your attitude is part of the problem.
Six words
4% Vaporfly shoes Nike etc.
Guy runs a 27:16 final 10k and doesn’t look tired at the finish doing it. Yeah, why would I question that?

My guess is Americans were banned from this race. They just don't show up where the fast running and competition take place. Fast course , fast day could have meant an American record.
Ha ha ha ha!
They were watching football when they should have been running here in Valencia.

............and then the usual naysayers will come here and crucify them all wondering where they were at the age of 24 (five years prior to whatever great races they win).
They will accuse them starting with the usual suspects on this site.
People haven't seen anythign yet from Ethiopia and Kenya. Young runners have taken on road racing with all seriousness.
Negative people will always be here with us throwing all manner of accusations but that won't deter us.
The dogs bark but the caravan moves on.
I thought Tadese's record would hold for quite a bit longer. Never thought a Kenyan I'd never heard of would break it. The east African depth is incredible.

I concur. Not many people were coming close to his record.
I hate to say (or start a thread for that matter that says) Tadese goes home devastated but he must be stunned wherever he is. He was living off and basking in it for close to a decade.
Doped fraud time. Snooze.

How riveting!! First 3 guys all dressed in the same kit, same haircuts, look the same, etc. No wonder this sport is in decline. You could put the top 10 in a bag, shake them up and pick one out. Nobody from letsrun.com would be able to pick any of them out.
Oh yeah, did I mention all of the top 10 come from doped up countries?
yeah, you could say the same about 3 white people finishing top 3.
Groan. Tried to watch this on YouTube but their talking foreign instead of American. How Trump can fix this.
The accusations follow numerous doping cases among Kenyan abs Ethiopian runners.
10 years ago I believed East African rubbed to be clean. Your opinion is merely a biased view flying in the face of the facts of numerous doping cases.
Who is the coach / agent of this athlete?
Where are his results from 4-5 years ago?
His many times has he been blood tested out of competition.
..and one more thing your use of a ridiculous saying (dogs and caravan?) having nothing to do with the discussion shows you are a native of America not Kenya.
Here is one for you when it comes to doping and Kenya - the cat is out of the bag.

Wow. You're not lying about the form and stride. Actually reminds me of someone I won't bother naming because this thread is already crawling with the usual trolls and I'm not going to be the one to feed them. But their forms and strides really are similar.
Is this who you are talking about?

He has results from a couple of years ago. Do you think there are records dating 5 years back of every potentially amazing African athlete?
LOL There are too many of them. You wil have plenty of opportunities to be angry again in the future, Mr If It's Not White It's Not Legit.

God, you are so ignorant it hurts.
