A huge PR of 2:24:48.
Take it to the bank.

When is this supposed event going to take place?
I’m saying 2:23:15 . After NYC’s results she will be the clear favorite at the ‘thon trials .
Bun fan, She sure is on a roll!
I think you are right about her having a good run. I'm thinking faster than your prediction. 2:22:22.
Sara is 35. I do not see a whole lot of room for big PRs left on her legs. Conditions in Frankfurt should be excellent except for some wind. I would say 2:25.

NO way she runs that fast. I think a 2:25 flat would make her quite happy. I wish you were right, but I highly doubt she can hold that pace.
She is a smart runner and won’t likely blow up. She won’t ‘Stinson’ it and go out with the 2:20 group of Africans.
There seems to be good depth and a group to run in the 2:23-25 range, maybe with the ‘other’ Flanagan hanging in there for some non-kraut conversation.

I love this new phrase.
if asics comes out with their own vaporflys, Sara will get a nice career extension like Shalane
Sara and Molly are like the own two "top ten" pros currently racing in regular shoes?
(apologies to the adidas and reebok folk, can't remember who they are)
Me too.
‘Stinson’ it
I ’Stinsoned’ New York Marathon a few years back myself.
I’m sure many of you have at one time or another ‘Stinsoned’ a race.
I’m going to start a new thread about this phrase.

I know she's smart, but 2:22, no way do I see her maintaining that pace. If I'm wrong, I'll be the first one to admit it. I think she'll run 2:26:13 to be honest, but I hope she runs 2:25 flat. 2:22 is asking a bit too much. Would love to be proven wrong.
Would similarly like to be proven wrong, but a 2:25 is the best I'm hoping for.
2:27 She is overdue for a mediocre race. Not a h8r.
There appears to be a direct relationship between Sara getting faster and Ryan getting more muscular. If he's extra buff for the Frankfurt 'then Expect Great Things for Sara. I say 23:20.
S.O.W.P.
Ottawa is a pretty fast course, hard to believe she would take 3 seconds/mile off her time in the same year?
but breaking 2:26 seems possible for her, so high 2:25 ?
looks like it's on Sunday at 5am eastern time
2:26:12.
2:23.45
2:27
I would think she might go for something in the 2:23 or better range to assess her capability of hanging with Hasay, Linden, Huddle, Cragg, etc at the 2020 Oly trials
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
Move over Mark Coogan, Rojo and John Kellogg share their 3 favorite mile workouts
Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
Matt Choi was drinking beer halfway through the Boston Marathon
