Male high school junior here, been growing a lot recently and feel like I'm losing my already-poor speed. My body has kind of forgotten how to sprint (muscle memory seems out of wack) due to growing ~5 in. in the past year. Most likely won't stop growing for a few more years due to genetics, and am in that gangly/awkward stage where I am ridiculously skinny due to being "stretched out." Any tips for gaining speed/strength and keeping up with rapid growth?
