I'm interested in the upcoming vomero 14.
Does anyone have any thoughts on how durable vomeros tend to be?

The Vomero 10s and 11s were somewhat hit and miss but the 12s and 13s were much better. I put 400+ on the 12/13s which is a lot for me, and they still feel great when I put on an old pair to mow the lawn.
However the new 14s are going to be React foam which is totally different than any previous Vomero. I'm optimistic but who knows.
i have run devotedly in the 13's (put about 2500 miles on the 13's this past season--different shoes, but consistently teh 13's). I just switched to the 14s. after a week of about 55 miles put on them (some tempo. mostly easy runs) i started to experience pain in my inner ankle--similar to posterior tibial tendinitis (at least the location of the pain was similar. never had PTT, so don't know if the symptoms are alike). went back to my 13's this morning and the pain is almost all gone.
do you guys think this has to do with the new cushioning?
Previous thread.
It’s a tank...I trail run in them. Outsole didn’t show anything after 40 miles. Ended up going back due to zoom pocket aggravation under ball of foot for heel strikers
