So I used to never drink coffee, then I drank basic white gurl lattes, but now I drink black coffee.
Anyway, I probably drink it maybe 3 times a week. Usually before workout days.
Well anyway, we had a really hard workout today; 3.5 mile tempo and 4 x 1 mile (interval miles...)
And after that I felt like sh!t. I had the runs, my stomach hurt, I was hot, I was cold, I wanted to die. Was about to start a “Go Fund Me.” It’s been a couple hours after the workout and I still have the runs.
Anyway, could this be from over coffee consumption? Or just coffee consumption in general? Coffee and really hard workout? I had 20oz black coffee 1 ish before the workout. I ate a banana with it.
I will try to answer your question with my humble words, but I am no one, merely an acolyte of the teaching of the Great Lord Stan. I find coffee helps me ponder the wisdom of Stan. Without it, I would have to sleep more than 1 hour a night instead of spending 12 hours outside my job each day contemplating the words of Stan.
Has coffee ever graced the Dark Lord Stan's lips? Stan once drove from Baltimore to Richmond and spoke bow chicka wow wow. This is the 221st saying of Stan, in the 12th book of utterance. It is known on this journey Stan got stuck in DC traffic and became tired. I believe that in order to safely reach Richmond, Stan stopped at Starbucks. But who can say, I am merely a disciple and not Stan his self.
