I took 10 days off from running due to injury and eased my way back into it a few days ago. That being said, my fitness is way down and my calves are super sore from the impact of running again and I have a race tomorrow. Will rolling do the job?

Just go out a bit slower than planned, and see how you feel throughout the race. If anything starts to hurt ease up. I've always noticed that hot baths are the way to go with sore muscles.
