Unfortunately my school only has an xc team. We’re stuck to run in basic 5k meets. I run around 20 min and have about 10 months until next xc season. I want to drop my time into the 18’s. I joined half way through the season with my first time being 24 min. I ran middle school cross country in 6-7 grade and my two mile pr was 10:31. Right now I’m running about 30-35mpw and have been for about 3 1/2 weeks. I’m starting to run twice a day. I’m dedicated and was wondering if there was any advice for me, I’m going into senior year next year. I’m about 5’9 140 pounds.
