Hi I just finished my first season of track, specialising in the 3000m, but wasnt able to break 9 (topping at 9:07). Does anyone have some light flats or spike recommendations for flat feet?

1. not a troll, but your post has nothing to do with your title. very odd.
2. yes i have some... nike zoom rival d 10, hoka speed evo r, hoka rocket ld. each one is wider than average and provides more arch support/cushion than average, and are a bit more forgiving.
as for flats, the skechers gomeb speeds have treated me well and are pretty forgiving. nike zoom speed rivals can be purchased in widths. also, if you're concerned about overpronation, you might want to give the saucony fastwitch a try
I also have flat feet and used to waste a lot of time, money and thought on orthotics, pronation and different types of support shoe. I don't think it makes any difference.
Currently use Pegasus 35, streak 6, streak lt2 and zoom victory 2 with no orthotics and without any issue
