So I ran 5x1000m today in

It felt super comfortable and rest was 3 min which is a decent amount. I understand this didn’t test me to my max. My coach said it was a threshold workout and that if done properly I should be able to run this pace for a 5k which would put me around 15:30. Is this realistic? I’m sorry for another prediction thread but I would like some other opinions.
