Hey y’all! Looking for some training & diet tips! I am a senior in high school and just finished my cross country season. I ran a 21:40 on a pretty hilly course about a week ago. I am hoping to run around 11:40 for my 3000 and 5:30 for my 1500. I’ll be taking a few days off then starting training again. Any tips for these goals? Also are these goals realistic?
