Hey.
After reading some threads/posts/comments on this site I got inspired and really wanted to start running on a daily basis, however, not soon have passed till i realized my flat feet might be a problem. First of all running starts to hurt just after several minutes, secondly, I think it might be bad and chaotic for the spine and posture, because of how negatively naturally the flat feet affect it.
What can you tell me about it? are these just my exalted thinking and I shouldn't worry much and just keep going, or?
Just gonna say im about 5"9 and i weigh about 67 kilos.
