I am running the detroit marathon sunday, the last 2 months i have been 80-90 miles a week with 5 long runs around 24 miles on sundays. Last few weeks i have done 15 x 400 in 68avg, 8 x 800 @2:23 avg, few days ago 4 x 2 mile @ cutdown (10:32,26,20,16) 2 min rests.
I have prs of 1:07.29, 2:20. Am i inshape to run sub 2:25 ?

Gosh I wish you'd put your name with the post, I'll be down there at the tunnel and several other places on my bike. It'd be fun to cheer someone on, give them water, and know their name. I'm Dave Willis, I hope you post your name so I can encourage and cheer you on at several points during the race. The weather, if not windy, is decent. Cold, but better than heat.
