I am a sophomore in HS and we have our final meet (5k) on Saturday morning and I want to put everything in to this race to get the best time I can. What should I be running the last few days before the meet on Thursday and Friday to ensure I run my best? Tue- 4x500m strides with 20min cooldown at the end
Wed-20 min aerobic run
