I'm just returning to running. I don't have much of a base. I'm about 10kg over weight. My most recent race is a 10k 52:00. And that was a good time. My longest run is about 8 miles a week ago. I'm hoping to do this as a long easy run but I have trouble holding back. My buddy has a bib for me from his BIL who bailed due to injury.
Should I do it?
