I have 3 pairs at the moment : Nike Vomero 13, Winflo 4 and Pegasus 34. Which would you pick if you were me?

At that pace, pick the lightest - the one that is a flat.
Nike 4% VF

PF Flyers
Looks like a bunch of trainers...
Go buy yourself a pair of Nike Streaks
WHICHEVER SHOE YOU TRAINED IN THE MOST. Don’t be an idiot like me and wear flats when you haven’t been training in them.
Definitely the Pegasus 34. It's lighter than the others and better suited to faster paces. I used the Peg 34 as a trainer for a while, and I wouldn't reject it out of hand as a marathon race shoe.
I'm trying to PR and break 2:45. I saw this post earlier and i wanted to ask you which shoe i should buy for my attempt? Both Zoom Fly and Elite 10 are on discount? I need to decide quickly to get them and have a few runs in them before the race. Which would you buy and why? Zoom Fly 95$ Elite 10 90$
Zoom Fly is very good imho. Go for those.

Wrong.
song you are inquiring about is Sarude by Dandstorm
youre welcome
The original Zoom Fly sucked, no doubt. Too stiff, harsh ride, uncomfortable upper. But give the new Zoom Fly Flyknit a try; they're fantastic, imho. They replaced the plastic plate with a carbon fiber one(similar to the VF 4%), and the midsole is the new React foam. The result is a softer, smoother, but somehow also more responsive feel.
If you can't get/don't want to pay $250 for the Vaporflys, I'd strongly recommend the new Zoom Flys as a long tempo/half/full thon shoe.

Zoom Elite 9/10. Take the insole out and enjoy the reduced weight and extra responsiveness without being stiff like a 2x4.
If you get the Vaporfly's you really only need to be in 2:45 shape to brake 2:40
