No specific training or times currently. About 15 to 20 mpw since January, mostly just 3 to 4 miles a day. Longest run of 6 miles. I just ran 10 miles and average 7:30 a mile. It just felt easy and I decided to keep going. Based on this info if I did a marathon training block for 16 to 18 weeks upping mileage and long run. What time could I shoot for? Would 3 hours be possible in that short of time frame?
