Nike's what? I'm on pins and needles here.
Yoga tights and the turbo shoe. She is taller in person. 5 9” ish.
Was she there with her husband and kids, or was she running alone?
4%?
The Wall Centre is a mall downtown.

Darn it, beat me to it.
With a net worth close to 1/2 a BILLION dollars, I don’t think the cost of a Canadian condo is going to dent the bottom line.
(Although I’d like to dent her bottom line! ???)

Vancouver is one of the most expensive housing markets in the world. Yes, she can afford to buy in Vancouver, but she’s going to spend a lot more than if she were to buy a condo in the US.
If she wants to buy an 1100sqft 2 bedroom place in the Wall Centre she’ll be spending 1.4 million. Can’t see her buying that small of a place though.
She can but, wrote:

yeah but Vancouver is nice.
and if you have 500 million dollars this is like buying a pair of shoes, price really isn't the biggest factor.
