Do I jump into my plan again; 7 weeks out; and revisit the same workouts?

Alex,
Take 10 days to rebuild mileage and sustain until a 10 day taper. Try to knock out 4-5 M specific workouts with some intervals and tempos. Not ideal but maybe it will work.
