Hello letsrun.
I am from the UK, i am a 800m and 1500m runner (1:50 and 3:49) and I only run 25mpw which compared to friends is very low.
I want to be a pro athlete.
However i think this quality 25mpw is optimal for me, as I have run 15:05/1:50/3:49 off of it.
Is building to 50mpw more likely to make me the next Mo Farah or destroy me as a runner?
So should I stay at 25mpw and increase quality or should I up to 50 and decrease quality slightly
(This is my second year of running)
