So I'm currently a Freshman in high school and I'm 14 years old and I'll be 15 next June. 10 weeks ago I ran a 5k and got 20:44 and now I just ran one last Saturday and ran a 17:55 crushing my last PR of 18:40, I have a meet next Saturday and it's a 5k course that's completely flat. I want to aim for 17:30 which I know is a big jump for one week but I want to try. Does anyone have advice for what I could do threw this week to prepare for this race?
