Coach Hudson posted that this was her last hard workout before NYC, supposedly run at marathon past. How fast will she run at NYC in 3 weeks?

She is my pick for top American at NYC.
Huddle will be the only American to go with the Keitany Train. The second group will be the Other Americans. Huddle will come back hard and Allie will be the best out of the 2nd group.
But did ahe look relaxed?

If she's going to run faster, then she needs to be training at marathon future, not marathon past.
Hopefully her and Hudson are going to learn from Stinson's blunder and not go out with the African Queens.
1:11 sure is amazing compared to her 1:17 PR before she had vaporflys in 2016
vdot 61 to vdot 67 in two years
if a runner from kenya did that, people would be screaming for drug tests
was the course "out and back" or "point to point"?

Nope, right on track with too hard of an effort before the big dance. See Stinson's 35k "tempo".

It looks like Staten Island was pretty hilly, so they are targeting...2:22?
Yikes. Another crash-and-burn in the offing?
STINSONED!
Brad also posted an IG video of him handing her fluids along the course. Isn't that a USATF violation and therefore a DQ?

https://www.instagram.com/p/Bo6jdsmnepJ/?hl=enSomeone should reach out to the race and get her DQed.. stuff like this shouldn't be allowed to go unreported.
Im guessing it was a legal move, otherwise why would he post this video? He couldnt be that ignorant of the rules?

There’s a portapotty right there, they’re usually right near aid stations.

Yep.
Go look at her Instagram & see how hard she works. Go look at coach Hudson’s Instagram too (though is appears you all already follow him)
She has been working her ass off for years.
Yep, she's been working hard, but that was NOT a workout, it was a hard effort.
She could have run 1:09, but backed off because it was just a WORKOUT. I wish her well and hope she has a great race in 20 days, but that wasn't a WORKOUT.
Have you ever even run a marathon? His first ever marathon with all of the adrenaline I’m sure is what lead him to push the pace. Do you really think Coach Hudson told him to get a 1:22 lead for the first half? No. That was a rookie mistake that ANYONE could make while running their first marathon. 26.2 is a hard distance.
