So I had the blower motor replaced at my office recently when it failed. Right after the install, my thermostat was showing that the humidity was about 30% higher in the office (up from 45% to 75%). They told me to wait and see if it would improve. A few weeks after seeing no improvement I had another company come out to evaluate and it turns out they installed the blower motor with the wrong signal wiring and it was running 24/7. Should I demand the labor portion of the original install be refunded?
