I don't want to go down flicking faeces on the wall and hoping to see what sticks route so please could you recommend 1 to 3 best exercises that actually work.
P.S- I have Googled and Youtubed so many that I don't know which are the most effective.

How often should I do them? Can I do them daily first thing in the morning?
Heavy ATG squats and do some deadlifts.

You sure or are you playing with me? Won't it make it tighter?
strengthen adductors and abductors.
abductors: monster walks with a mini band till it burns, fire hydrants, the pedestal routine
adductors: hold a squishy ball or ring between your knees and do squats. OR get in bridge position, hold a big phyiso ball between your knees, put your butt up and squeeze in and out.
May not be EXACTLU what you are looking for but for overall health of that area. I recommend the the 'Coach J Myrtle routine'. Worked for me

New version is called Strength and Mobility by Coach Jay Johnson. After getting ITBS for the first time ever earlier this year went to PT for a few months and do these routines a few times a week and so far so good
https://coachjayjohnson.com/samvidoes/My bad.. i was thinking of the Myrtle. Still Jay johnson and the pedestal is good. But the myrtle includes internal and external hip rotation.
