So, here's my deal. I have been debating ever since last cross country season (Junior Year) about the idea of running in College. I am very passionate about running but only started running seriously since the summer entering my junior year.
I am currently a 17-year-old senior, ready for graduation in June. I have been pretty successful and improving ever since I started running in 9th grade. I know I am capable of more improvements and I know I will enjoy the competitive and team aspect of cross country in college, but I am still worried that it will get in the way of my academics and future plans.
I have always placed academics at the top and am a very strong student. I plan on getting an accounting degree at a highly regarded business school, but am not quite sure of my options. I am looking for a D2 or D3 school if I would run, but it is important for them to have a good business program. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
Here are my Pr's
1600- 4:40
3200- 10:00
5k XC- 16:30
I should probably add that I am looking for a school preferably in Minnesota, but definitely also open to option in ND and SD. Any input would be awesome! Thank you
