Hi there. I can’t imagine what it’s like not to think about a cigarette every 2 hours. It’s been 5 years after my last attempt to quit smoking. Despite my previous negative experience in quitting smoking I decided to try again.
My brother runs all his life, he suggested me to train with him. And what can I say? It was really hard! But after two months I noticed that my urge for cigarettes started to decrease. Maybe I diverted my attention, I’ve read about this effect on Vaping Daily
https://vapingdaily.com/healthy-living/impact-on-running/
. Running motivates me to fight my addiction, and I notice I’m beginning to enjoy this process.
So what I want to ask, if there are former smokers here? How much time did it take for you to give up cigarettes at all?
