Girl. Sophomore. Ran 30ish mpw this summer with a few 40s and have been running 40-45mpw most of XC season.
Most of my mileage is around 7:25-7:45 pace.

The only workout all year we’ve done on the track. Most of everything else has been tempos and fartleks. Hardest workout we’ll be doing this year. It was pretty warm and was mentally tough but I didn’t feel too bad.
What do you think I could run on a faster XC course?
