Paul Greer, a sub-4 miler back in 1989 and SDSU alumnus, is leading a drive to bring men's track back to Montezuma Mesa.
The program, before it was axed in 1992, produced Olympic champs Arnie Robinson and Willie Steele, and many other world-class athletes.
Paul posted a Google Doc that aims to gauge interest in the men's program — and whether people would donate to a fund to kick-start it.
He's hoping San Jose State's revival of men's track is a model.
