I run 6 days a week and After my Long runs on Saturday I like to eat a couple 10mg gummies with brunch to help me relax after a hard workout.

I don't have direct access to clean edibles yet (getting a card soon) to know exactly the dosage or anything but I've been utilizing a couple hits post run for many years now. I did the whole get buzzed before a run, and I was down with it for awhile but then I realized my runs were more productive and I felt more alert and energized post run when just sticking to caffeine pre run. So the whole performance enhancing thing people cry about with cannabis, as a long time user, doesn't quite work like that buddy. That stance usually comes from people who have no real experience and just want to make excuses for why a particular runner is faster than them. It's pretty cool to see you and other posters speaking on this though because it's gaining more attention, and fellow weekend long runners are desiring the same vibe. Happy running to you my friend!
