We got it, you're still insecure about your inability to run D1.
Other than NAU, Eastern Michigan men's team is the answer.
Coach John Goodridge is arguably one of the 5 best college coaches in the country. Runners go there and get way better with great regularity. You have to be able to handle the mileage there. If you can, Goodridge will make you great.

Look at Southern Utah’s current top 7 and their high school PR’s. Ranked top 15 in the nation during a “down year”. Speaks to volumes on Eric Houle’s coaching capabilities, while at a mid major program. Next year with their top 2 returners from last year coming back, they’ll be in contention for podium
+1 to haverford. How many people were 4:16 guys in high school and now sub 4? How many were 4:30+ in HS and later sub 4:10? Not that many, but way more than average at Haverford.

Yabbut those are D3 miles. Not the same as D1 miles.
