It's already Wednesday here! Haven't been up to much because it's been raining a lot but here's my week:

T: sprint session w coach ( and obviously everybody else in the group)
W: warmup jog ( obviously) then warm-up tempo: 3 400s 60% 70% 80% w 1 min break. Then two 1800s w 400 jog inbetween ( the jog is obviously slow) the first 600 is 60% the next one is 70% then the last 600 is 80% then three 200s w 1 min rest 90% 80% 70% 33,37,37 400 jog then 800 jog as a cool down.
T: training w coach was cancelled because of rain

S: another little A's meet. I did badly in the 3k and ran 50 seconds slower than my PR so I did bad in that. I did other athletic stuff like hurdles, javelin etc.
