For a high school girl, am I slow, fast, or average? Also, what distance am I best at? Here are my PRs:
Track:
800m - 2:45
1000m - 3:41
1600m - 6:00
3200m - 12:58
XC:
2-mile - 13:59
5k - 22:07

How much jogging are you doing?
Depends on your school. But you'll probably be top JV or bottom varsity at many schools.
I'm in highschool in my country but if i did live in the US I'd be in middle school. My times are faster but that's only because I train a lot. Those times are good for somebody who dosen't train. Well I'd say you'd be a fast because most ppl don't even train at all.
just even thinking about the VO2 tables [not bothering to type them in] I think your 800 is the strongest?
thats a solid mile time too

Hahaha she’d beat our fastest girl runner in the 5k by over a minute

That's actually really accurate. I'm around 9th or 10th on my team, and we have a pretty good team. (3rd in the state last year despite one of our top runners being injured)

Maybe in a larger school. Smaller schools, not so much.
