The mileage is low, but that could work for some people. I'd rather do longer and slower tempos. Instead of just 3-4 miles at HM pace (an okay workout) I would want more 6-10 mile progressions averaging slower than HM pace.
I think the "easy" days are a bit fast. I'm around 1:18 at the moment and rarely do easy runs faster than 8:00/mile. Closer to 8:30/mile. If your race pace is 6:00/mile for a half marathon then 7:00/mile is going to be tough for you.
Looks light on the mileage - but otherwise not too bad.
Intensity is confusing too... how is a long run @ 7:15 pace rated a 9/10 on intensity... but 10 miles at 7:00 pace is only a 5/10

100% incorrect. I do easy runs at 7:00-7:15. For 60 mpw. And only ran a 1:19 and a 17:00 5k. What are you even talking about with 8:30 pace miles
