She ran 13:21 last year to break the record by over 30 seconds. Sub 13 is the gold standard on the 2.5 mile course......for boys!

Yes.
I compared some of the boys' times to 2-mile PRs and 13:00 is equivalent to around 9:30.
If she wants it.
I don't think she will be running a 4K there this year. Even if she goes the FL route, I think that is a 5K, no? So I say no, at least not this year.
Could she break 15 at Woodbridge?

I believe North Rockland will be at the Manhattan College Invitational. They run the Eastern Sates Championship at this meet as well. They still run the 2.5 course for this meet. Ed Cheserk broke the 12 minute mark to set the boys record of 11:55 in 2011. Tuohy set the girls record of 13:21 at this meet last year.

They are not running this year.
She is running Suffolk Officials at Sunken Meadow for a pre-state. Not Van Cortland, they are on the same day this year
correct, that course looks like one where anything under 17 minutes would be impressive.

Sunken Meadow is also a great course. She should add another course record (17:45 Aisling Cuffe). This is a very tough course , Cuffe is the only girl ever under 18:00. Cheserek has the boys mark at 15:20. She will most likely be running solo for the entire race as any girl who could stay close for even the first mile will probably be at the Eastern Sates at Van Cortlandt. That being said I'm predicting 16:45.

She will not be running Sunken all out. She will be racing Holmdel on October 6 and will go for a good performance there.
