I'm doing Twin Cities in two weeks and am trying to decide what to do tomorrow.
Option #1: About 15 miles at 8400' at a regular long run pace (currently live and train at 6000')
Option #2: Hitting the track for a Daniels MP run, about 15 miles with 10 or so at marathon pace
I'm not sure if an MP run will leave me flat this close to the race or not. Daniels has his last MP scheduled three weeks out but I couldn't do one last weekend.
