Just curious? I'm an average Joe runner (PR 3:08) - I hung up the shoes and lifted weights, ate like donkeycrap and did some 420 for 4 1/2 months and gained 40 pounds one time when I quit running, it actually took me 8 months to get that weight back off. I'm naturally chubby if i don't run.
It makes me wonder - how much is the most amount of weight you've ever seen someone gain after going form higher mileage to quitting running?
