Im running a 5k track race tomorrow. Its my first race is about a year so I have no idea where i'm at. In the last month I've run probably 60mpw average and these workouts:
1.) 6x1000k @ 3:12 with 90 seconds recovery followed by 4x200 @ 31 with 45 seconds recovery (done this twice)
2. ) 6mi continuous@ 6:00, 6:00, 5:45, 5:45, 5:30, 5:30 with HR below 155
3.) 6x800 @ 2:26 with 75 seconds recovery
4.) 5x1000 @ 3:02 w/ 3 minutes recovery (on a grass hilly 1k loop - like a 2-3% grade for first 600)
5.) 16 mile long run at 6:10 average (5:45-6:20)
Based on this, what do you think I could run for an 5k on an indoor track?
