For some of my high school athletes who have a solid base and have been racing a good bit?
It’ll be abou 3-4 weeks out from the goal race, on a weekend where we have no race.
We’ll do it on the track, but it will be our only workout on the track all year since we have to drive 25 minutes to get to one.
1600 @8k pace, 200m jog, 1600 tempo
